Description
Partial demolition and change of use from former hostel to create highly sustainable units for residential (184Nr) and office accommodation, together with associated amenities, car parking and landscaping.
Brief is for BREAAM standard of “excellent” and if possible a carbon neutral building; achieved through the use of ground source heat pumps, solar thermal and wind turbines. Other initiatives include an electric car pool scheme, electric shuttle bus, business conferencing facilities, A3 cafe, bar and zen garden.
